We are currently looking for a qualified DVM to join our team. We are in the Inland Empire of Southern California. We are approximately forty-five minutes from the beach, mountains, snow skiing, and the desert including Palm Springs, and Coachella known for the Stagecoach Festival. We have a beautiful new 6500 sq ft hospital with seven exam rooms, two surgery suites, dedicated dental area, digital radiology, full in-house Idexx laboratory, a state-of-the-art Companion Animal cold laser unit, and six portable sevoflurane anesthetic machines with oxygen concentrators.
We currently have three full-time veterinarians and are looking to add more as we build into the future. Two of the three veterinarians are co-owners, active in the practice: seeing patients, performing surgery and managing day-to-day operations. All combined we over 65 years of collective experience in both practicing medicine and management. We expect a culture in our support staff that is professional, and we strive for a workspace that is engaging, fulfilling and productive while providing good medicine for our clients. We aim to provide our clients with options to treat their pets and realize that not everyone can afford the “best medicine” options. We have a large clientele that represents all economic backgrounds, and we embrace the idea that we are in partnership with our clients’ decisions.
We are open Monday through Friday offering full service veterinary care for our patients and Saturdays which is a shorter day, mostly seeing exam and vaccine cases. We currently do not perform surgery on Saturdays. Many of our new clients come to us because we can see them when their regular vet will not. We then retain many of them due to the effort and ease at which we agree to the plan of care for their pet without judgement or pushy up sales. We utilize in-house diagnostics for faster turn-around times in obtaining data that we can use to develop care plans. This in turn is better for the pets we treat and leads to client satisfaction. Many of our clients turn to social media to leave positive reviews about our doctors, staff, facility and pricing.
